Saarland International Online Workshop
on Legal Informatics 2022

As part of its international and interdisciplinary Summer School on IT Law and Legal Informatics 2022 at Saarland University in Saarbrücken, the Institute of Legal Informatics is offering a WORKSHOP on LEGAL INFORMATICS open to all and free of charge!
It is our pleasure to announce that a group of most notable researchers teaching during our Summer School on IT Law and Legal Informatics 2022, including Prof. Ken Satoh from the National Institute of Informatics (NII) in Japan and Prof. Randy Goebel from the University of Alberta, Canada, have agreed to open their lectures on
Legal Informatics to the public by broadcasting them LIVE ONLINE via zoom!
The workshop will take place during three days:
Wednesday, August 17, 2022, from 15:30h to 16.30h Central European Time Zone (CET),
Thursday, August 18, 2022, from 9.30h to 17.00h Central European Time Zone (CET), including several breaks, and
Friday, August 19, 2022, from 9:30h to 11.00h Central European Time Zone (CET),

After a two-year break, the international and interdisciplinary Summer School on IT Law and Legal Informatics will be held again at Saarland University in Saarbrücken. The Summer School is aimed at students, researchers and practitioners keen to discuss current topics from IT Law and Legal Informatics in an international forum.
Renowned experts will offer an insight into highly topical research discussions in the areas of:
